Vision
We view the hospitality industry as an experience to be savoured, going far beyond a mere stay. Each space is designed as an open, living environment where travellers and locals come together, and where the design tells a story rooted in its surroundings.
People are at the very heart of our approach. We foster a caring and modern culture, where fulfilled teams deliver authentic, personalised and sincere service.
Committed to a sustainable future, we integrate responsible practices at every level, making the most of local resources and reducing our environmental impact.
Technology – discreet and intuitive – enriches the experience by making it seamless and bespoke, whilst ensuring that human connection remains at the heart of everything we do.
Finally, our agility enables us to innovate constantly, adapt our spaces and services, and create lasting value in harmony with our ecosystem.

History of the Group
Founded in 1995, the KBF Group began as a family business before becoming a major player in the Algerian economy.
Initially rooted in the construction and civil engineering sectors, it has gradually expanded its scope of activity through an ambitious diversification strategy.
Over the years, the Group has expanded into several key sectors, notably:
- Industry (steel and hydraulics)
- Property development
- Equipment hire
- Agriculture
This diversification has consolidated its position as a leading national conglomerate.
More recently, KBF has entered the hospitality sector with the creation of KBF Hotels, viewing tourism as a strategic driver of sustainable development for Algeria.
This new direction reflects its commitment to contributing to value creation, employment and the country’s attractiveness.
Driven by the values of rigour, performance and strong local roots, the group continues to evolve by adapting to market needs and continually diversifying its activities.
